Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of migrating from WordPress to a proprietary, custom-built editor platform—Neon Websites. The main goal was to modernize the UI/UX, build native integrations with other Neon products, accelerate build times, and empower clients to manage site changes independently through structured training.
