Led the planning and execution of the company’s migration from WordPress to a custom-built website editor platform—Neon Websites. The transition to this tailored platform not only streamlined the content management experience but also significantly improved the user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX) across the board. By implementing a more intuitive, user-friendly interface, we reduced friction for both internal users and end clients. The Neon Websites platform allowed for seamless integrations with other Neon products, enhancing cross-platform functionality and creating a more cohesive ecosystem. As a result, we saw a notable decrease in the time required to complete website builds and updates, empowering teams to work more efficiently while delivering a more polished and cohesive user experience.
Training courses were planned for each use case / task and created in skilljar to enable customer to manage changes independently.
